Dr. Magrin graduated cum laudae at the University of Padua with a thesis entitled “The Italian electoral system between Constitutional Jurisprudence and the discretion of the legislator” with particular attention to the limits that the legislator encounters in the choice between the various types of electoral systems based on principles set out by the Constitutional Court on this point.
The doctor has been collaborating with the Team since 2021, dealing specifically with the tax area both in relation to the litigation phase before the Tax Commissions and to the out-of-court phases such as, for example, tax assessment procedures.
He also offers his collaboration regarding the Civil law activities with particular reference to the credit recovery practice
