The attorney Saverio Spiezio graduated at the University of Padua in 2017 with the thesis about the Constitutional Law.
He has a strong academy background in Bank Law, Civil and Commercial Law, Bankruptcy Law and Constitutional Law.
He assist the clients in drafting and negotiation of contracts with particular focus on sales contracts, company branch transfer, settlements agreements, procurement contracts, loan agreements, transfer of intellectual properties, royalties, management and distribution contracts.
In the Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Law field he is mainly focused in the liability action of the Management boards, Trust, shareholdings and accordingly with the specific situation, he gives assistance to the commercial entrepreneur presenting conditions of capital or economic-financial imbalance.
He collaborates with the University of Padua for organization of legal matter conferences.
