Company restructuring

The Firm offer assistance to Italian and foreign clients, companies and corporate groups in relation to crisis and insolvency. Specifically we deal with prevention of crisis, recovery plans, restructuring agreements, composition with creditors, revisions of contracts that regulate the financial debt, negotiation and conclusion of contracts about sale of the company, holdings and  properties.
We do assist the client also in the legal action against the company, administrators and supervisory body and conciliation settlement in order to rescue failing enterprises.
