The attorney Iuliana Brigida Butacu graduated at University of Padua in 2017 with the thesis about Labour Law and Civil unions.
She was admitted to the bar of Padua in 2022.
She has been focused, since the very beginning of her career, in Criminal law matters, specifically about property offenses and crimes against the person, corporate and bankruptcy crimes.
She got experience in crimes related to narcotic substance as provided by DPR 309/90 and crimes related to the violation of the Traffic laws.
She assists the clients in Immigration matter in relation to the residence permit, citizenship, family reunion, regularization and in the eventual criminal procedure for the violations of Legislative Decree no. 286 of 1996.
She also prepares the extinction of the offense for who which got final sentences or in order to get benefits provided by law, including long-term residency permit and for obtaining citizenship.
She is consultant for companies about General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in relation to data processing and the ways of collecting and sharing them.
In the two years period 2020-2021 she attends the course “Technical and ethical training for Criminal Lawyers” for the defense activities in the criminal procedure.
