The attorney Alessandro Boschieri is the founder and managing partner of Adelex-Studi Professionali riuniti.
He attended the University of Padua where he graduated in 2008 with the thesis related to Criminal Tax Law. He was admitted to the bar of Padua in 2010.
His professional activity is mainly focused on Tax Law and Corporate Law and he achieved a great experience in this field.
He has represented large organizations, small and entrepreneurial enterprises in a wide range of matters, including business disputes, general counseling and the drafting and negotiation of contracts.
Besides those expertise areas, he provides legal consultation to the companies in finding financial resources and assists the commercial entrepreneurs in order to settle down the business crises.  He provides consultation for due diligence in acquiring properties.
In the field of Bankruptcy Law, he negotiates for the resolution of the business crisis, in the structuring and tax support in corporate recovery plans, as well as in pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy procedures.
In the Welfare system, he has also obtained substantial results in related proceedings against social security institutions in contesting the debts of contributions from shareholders and directors of companies and entities.
He holds the position of Data Protection Officer and member of the Supervisory Body in important realities both in the medical and digital marketing sector.
He collaborates with professional training institutions in order to organize training courses about the “administrative  liability of legal entities deriving from criminal offenses” and the gives assistance for the adoption of  Model ex D. Lgs 231/2001.
He has authored various publications among which the book “I reati, le sanzioni e la tutela del patrimonio aziendale nel D. Lgs 231/2001 . Situazione legislativa e giurisprudenziale aggiornata alla L. 3/2019 c.d. “Spazza Corrotti” (Cleup Editor, 2019) about administrative liabilities of companies.
