The attorney Sara Benzi graduated in Law in 2006 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna, with a thesis in Criminal Law related to child pornography and virtual pornography.
She has been enrolled in the Padua Bar since 2009.
Her training is purely in the field of criminal law; after a long period training at a prestigious Law Firm of Padua, she has moved to Bari (Italy) to continue her training as a criminal lawyer at the Firm of Hon. Francesco Paolo Sisto.
She deals with the different areas of the criminal subjects and the various crimes and she gained experience in relation to all stages of the criminal proceedings and the execution procedure.
Subsequently, she spends several years in Ryhad and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) and in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). During her abroad experience, she had the opportunity to manage a business, to interact with the Embassies for any problems of Italian citizens residing abroad and to interact and learn about different cultures.
Upon returning from the long experience abroad, she have been collaborating for three years as legal/commercial consultant with a Company located in Milan (Italy) and operating in the Fashion sector. During this experience, she was responsible for interacting with retailers of foreign markets such as China, Japan, Korea, US and UK both in relation to the commercial and license agreements and for the registration of international brands.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
